Anne Fontaine & a Vintage Clutch

This gorgeous Anne Fontaine coat has to be hands-down one of my favourite pieces, even with it being a coat. You all know my opinion of coats, so giving it favourite status really says something about how great it is. I first came across Anne Fontaine a few year ago through their King of Prussia boutique right outside of Center City Philadelphia. I instantly fell in love with the stunning and exquisitely designed classic white shirts that are the staple of the line. When the sales associate brought out this coat for me to try, I instantly fell in love (yes, I know I said that twice….) with its gorgeous tailoring and military yet still feminine style. As for the clutch, is was my grandmother’s. When I was little, she gave it to me to use when I played dress-up. As I grew, the clutch grew with me. I’ve used it for a prom, for nights out dancing (it has a few champagne stains), and a few black tie affairs. I love that I’m able to incorporate items from her wardrobe into mine and continue to evolve my style with these classic pieces.

Naturally, you look positively radiant! Glad you chose a “dry street” day for these shots….but wearing that thin (albeit gorgeous!) dress and opening up this incredible coat for the shot…I should spank you for risking another cold!!!

Haha, it was only momentary coatlessness…I promise!
