TART Collections Feather Top

With the holidays getting closer and closer, this TART Collections top is the perfect foil to the ugly Christmas sweater. The delicate beaded feathers are infinitely more attractive than a bedazzled Christmas tree splashed across your chest. I’ve been wearing TART for years – the brand never fails to create gorgeous collections out of beautiful materials. As for these photos, they’re my first attempt at taking my own outfit photos since Darling Husband has been rather busy with work. Thanks to a tripod, some quick footwork on my part, and time delay I managed to take these photos and only slightly make a fool of myself in front of my neighbours and a handful of construction workers. Now I’m the crazy chick who takes photos of herself in the middle of the afternoon and dresses her dog in obnoxious sweaters. Gooooo me!

Top: c/o TART Collections – Jacket: Forever 21 – Jeans: Ardene – Heels: Manolo Blahnik (similar here) – Ring: c/o Lily & Luca – Sunglasses: Joe Fresh

I love this look — and I think I may even have the same Manolos, lol!! As to taking your own shots, I never would have guessed it — they may even be better than you-know-who’s!!! (but don’t tell him I said that!)
